Paid Media

Ads that pay back, not ads that "perform".

Reach is easy. Profitable reach is the hard part — and the only part we care about. We build paid campaigns around your unit economics, then optimize on the metric that pays your rent: revenue per dollar spent.

Who this is for

E-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and service businesses with a real offer and a willingness to test. Paid media is the fastest way to put a dollar in and see if a dollar comes back. The flip side: it punishes wishful thinking faster than any other channel.

A good fit if you…

  • Have a product or service people will actually buy
  • Know (or can quickly calculate) your customer lifetime value
  • Have a landing page or product detail page worth sending traffic to
  • Can run at least USD $3k/month in ad spend without flinching

Probably not a fit if you…

  • Are looking for "brand awareness" with no plan to convert it
  • Need a result this week — even paid media takes 4-8 weeks to optimize
  • Have an unproven offer — paid amplifies what's there; it doesn't fix what isn't
Channels

Where we run, and why.

We don't run every channel. We run the ones that fit your audience, your buying cycle, and your unit economics. Channel selection is part of the strategy work — not a checklist.

01

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Shopping. Highest intent traffic on the internet — buyers actively looking for what you sell. Best ROAS channel for most B2B and many e-commerce categories.

  • Branded + non-branded search
  • Performance Max (Pmax) with proper feeds and asset groups
  • YouTube — pre-roll, in-feed, and skippable formats
  • Google Shopping (for product businesses)
  • Smart bidding tuned to revenue, not clicks
02

Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

Still the best demand-creation channel for consumer products and many B2B service categories. We run Advantage+ shopping where it works, structured ABO/CBO campaigns where it doesn't.

  • Cold prospecting + retargeting funnels
  • UGC-style creative production
  • Conversion API integration (server-side tracking)
  • Catalog ads for e-commerce
  • Lead-form campaigns for B2B
03

TikTok Ads

Cheap reach for consumer brands with the right creative. We don't believe in cross-posting Reels to TikTok. We treat it as its own discipline — native-feeling creative, fast tests, brutal cutoffs on what doesn't work.

  • Native creative production
  • Spark Ads (boosted organic posts) where appropriate
  • Catalog and conversion campaigns
  • Influencer-content amplification
04

LinkedIn Ads

Expensive per click, but unbeatable when your audience is defined by job title and company. We run LinkedIn for B2B clients selling considered purchases to a narrow audience.

  • Sponsored content and document ads
  • Lead-gen forms with CRM sync
  • Account-based targeting (ABM)
  • Conversation and message ads (used sparingly)
What management actually means

The work behind a paid media engagement.

"Campaign management" is a vague phrase. Here's the concrete work.

  1. Strategy

Channel selection, funnel design, offer testing, audience hypotheses, budget allocation, and the unit economics that define what "winning" looks like.

  2. Creative production

Ad copy, static images, motion graphics, UGC-style video, and landing pages — produced in-house or with our partners. Most paid media problems are creative problems disguised as media problems.

  3. Campaign build & launch

Account structure, conversion tracking, audiences, bid strategies, and QA on every variable before the first dollar spends.

  4. Conversion tracking

Server-side tracking, deduplication, offline conversion imports, and the cross-channel attribution model that lets you trust the numbers in the dashboard.

  5. Optimization

Bid adjustments, audience refinement, creative rotation, landing page tests. Weekly check-ins, biweekly creative refreshes, monthly strategy reviews.

  6. Reporting

Live dashboards you can check anytime. Monthly written reports tied to business metrics — not impressions and CTR.

Deliverables

What the first 60 days will produce.

  • Campaign structure across the channels we agreed to run
  • First batch of creative — typically 6-20 ad variations across formats
  • Optimized landing pages for the top 1-3 campaigns
  • Live performance dashboard tied to revenue, not impressions
  • A written optimization roadmap for months 3-6
FAQ

The things people ask before signing.

Do you require a minimum ad spend?

Yes — there's a floor below which the data is too thin to optimize on and the management math stops working. We've kept it as low as we can for early-stage startups. We'll discuss specifics in scoping.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Always. We work inside your account or set up new ones in your name. When our engagement ends, you keep historical data, campaign structures, and every asset we produced. No account hostage situations.

How quickly will I see results?

First conversions typically land in week 1-2. Statistically meaningful patterns emerge in week 4-6. Profitable, optimized accounts usually take 2-3 months to dial in. Anyone promising day-one ROAS is either lucky or lying.

Do you produce creative or do we provide it?

Most engagements include creative production — copy, static, and short-form video. If you have an in-house creative team, we'll work to your guidelines. Either way, ad creative is the #1 lever in 2026; we won't run a campaign on weak creative.

What happens if a channel isn't working?

We tell you and we change it. Sometimes a channel needs more time and more creative iteration. Sometimes it's structurally wrong for your offer. We're opinionated about turning off what isn't earning its cost.

Will you also touch SEO, email, organic social?

We can — paid media doesn't exist in isolation. Most engagements integrate paid with at least one organic channel. We'll recommend based on your stage, not what we want to sell more of.

What's your contract length?

Month-to-month after a 90-day initial commitment. The first 90 days exist because that's how long it takes to actually evaluate the work — anything shorter is mutually unfair.
